Kimber is always working on new ideas for products and ingredients, and loves making everything in small batches by hand.

Baking was not in the plans for her originally. One day, while rolling out clay, she suddenly thought “if this was dough then I could eat it.” She went from experimenting with focaccia art to opening a micro-bakery in under two years.
